Back At It Again Full Steam Ahead

Those of you that have been following the station proactively in the last couple of months already are aware that things have returned to normal order. Although there's still quite a few of our fans, listeners and supporters out there that are wondering about activity taken place since around late September / Early October 2011. Due to technical complications related with our primary domain the station experienced a nearly two-month downtime period. Unfortunately due to the way domain registrars work it was nearly impossible to restore things back to normal. It appears that our primary domain www.sense.fm had expired back in August 26, 2011. Even though it had been setup on auto-renew that actually didn't happen therefore causing the domain to expire. Over the course of the last couple of months we have been continuously posting updates on our Facebook fan page regarding the issue. Regardless of this though there were a swarm of e-mails that piled up in our alternate e-mail Inbox. For the most part they were all supportive messages that expressed serious interest and concern in the well being of the station. We're quite appreciative of this gesture from our fans, listeners and supporters from around the globe.

On November 11, 2011 our primary domain was finally purged from the DNS servers and giving us the ability to restore things back to normal. After re-registering the domain our website has now been restored followed by streams for both channels. Thus far 2011 has been a magnificent year for the station. A tremendous amount of interest has been shown for the station. Lots of new residencies have been launched as well. With the exception of the downtime in the last couple of months we're quite pleased with the way this year has turned out. I'd like to express my gratitude and sincerity to everyone that continues to support and listen to Sense.FM When it was first started it in 2005 just as a project it was only in my wildest dreams to see it become what it is today. Here's to a great 2011 and an even better 2012 as we approach our 7th anniversary.
