Earlier this year he has started to make his first breaks into the scene, with regular appearances at Bangor's infamous 'Mint' nightclub, as well as a number of other local venues. With production work under way as well, Kidd Voo is certainly a name to watch out for in the future.
About Mallorca LeeMallorca Lee is more than just the voice behind Public Domain's chart assault, Ultra-Sonic early rave conquests or The Warp Bros recent floor fillers. Having sold over Four Million records worldwide he is undeniably Scotland's most enduring and groundbreaking underground DJ/Producer. Mallorca has released over seven artist albums and countless singles that have blazed an unmitigated trail through acid house, rave, hip-hop, rock and pop for almost two decades. His indispensable Debunk Music imprint harbors some of the worlds best producers of House (Scanners, Steve Lawler, Mike Monday), Trance and Techno (David Forbes, Signalrunners and Mark Sherry) however its Mallorca's energetic mash ups and live performances around the world that continually remind us how he won his way into our head and hearts, not to mention our record collection, in the first place. From his humble beginnings in rave as Ultra-Sonic to global chart success with Public Domain, busting rhymes with Chuck D and Professor Griff (Public Enemy) along the way before signing to the uber cool Subliminal Records as part of Scanners, the man of many guises shows no sign of slowing down and proves time and time again that music is not about what you should and shouldn't do by just doing it !Check out Mallorca's latest newsletter here for more info:
