Ali Wilson (United Kingdom)Ali Wilson is one of the most exciting young artists the UK has to offer, at only 27 he has played all over the globe, for the biggest promotions including Trance Energy and Judgement Sunday and has and produced for some of the top labels in the world – Warner, Armada, High Contrast, Toolroom, CR2, Spinnin, Incharge, Flashover and of course his own imprint TEKELEC. As a versatile DJ and Producer, Ali has always defied to conform to the consensus. Finding inspiration from every corner of the musical spectrum, Ali brought a fresh approach to dance music. His sound was unique and technical ability unparalleled, immediately making him stand out as an artist. Labeled by Judge Jules and Carl Cox as one of their DJs to watch, Ali has appeared on the likes of High Contrast, Incharge, Spinnin and TEKELEC, enabling him to push his way into the record boxes of the biggest names in the industry and receive their continuous support. Ali's production has taken things to another level when media giant Warner asked Ali to remix The BBC Sound of 2009 award winner Little Boots not only once but twice after they were so happy with the first single. From these he's now been asked to remix the world's biggest artists such as Tiesto and Bloc Party! After his remix of Marco V's Ritual Purification, Ali has a string of brand new singles coming on Incharge leading up to his new album. Festival has already been support through the late summer by the big boys and Radio 1, his new single Boombox to be released late November is looking even bigger! He also well on his way to releasing his brand new artist album for High Contrast / Incharge which is due early 2010!!! Watch this space! On top of his original material hitting huge heights his selection of bootlegs that he has produced over the years namely Coldplay's Fix You which was supported by Carl Cox for over a year along side every other big name, and his giant remix of Kings of Leon's Use somebody that smashed 2009! "My Ultimate moment has to be when I played Trance Energy 09 and dropped my remix of Kings Of Leon – Use Somebody to have a full capacity crowd sing along to it! Absolutely incredible!"
